Who can take this qualification?
This qualification is suitable for anyone who are in or aspiring to a middle manager role, in any sector and industry.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, however, it would be ideal to be working within an organisation or role where skills and applied knowledge can be demonstrated. Alternatively, one could draw on previous experience within an organisation or research an organisation for scenario based discussions.
An intermediate level of English is required.
Following submission of application, candidates will be invited to a brief interview to confirm requirements criteria and if successful will be offered a place on the course.

Course Delivery
The course is delivered online with a blended distance learning and expert-led mentoring approach to ensure good opportunities for individual support and an interactive learning experience.
Assessment structure
Any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits (Certificate) or 38 credits (Diploma) must be completed to achieve the Level 5 Management qualification, through submission of time-constrained scenario assignments for each unit chosen.
Course Lenght
The course will usually take between six and eighteen months to complete, depending on your chosen qualification level, Certificate or Diploma, and pace of study.

Equivalences
CMI qualifications at QCF Level 5 portray practical team leading skills and competences that are rated in academic terms as being comparable to Foundation Degrees and Higher National Diplomas (HND).
