Who can take this qualification?
These qualifications are designed for supervisors and first line managers who have operational responsibility for a defined area of activity; this qualification gives junior managers the communication and motivational skills to help improve operational efficiency, in any sector and industry.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, however, it would be ideal to be working within an organisation or role where skills and applied knowledge can be demonstrated. Alternatively, one could draw on previous experience within an organisation or research an organisation for scenario based discussions.
The course if flexible and can be delivered either online or on a group setting with a maximum class size of 15, to ensure good opportunities for individual support and interactive learning experience.
A minimum of 6 students per group are required to confirm a course.
An intermediate level of English is required.
At completion of registration applicants should submit copies of the followings:
- Qualification certificates
- One written reference
- English language qualification (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
Any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits (Certificate) or 37 credits (Diploma) must be completed to achieve this qualification through submission of assignments for each unit chosen.
CMI qualifications at RQF Level 3 portray practical skills and competences that are rated in academic terms as being comparable to GCSEs at A*- C grade and AS/A Levels.
